The six-member CRB establishes policy for the North Dakota Agricultural Mediation Service (NDAMS), serves in an advisory role to the North Dakota Farm and Ranch Business Management Program, and advises the Industrial Commission on Bank of North Dakota farm lending programs.

This is the last meeting for CRB member Russ Erickson. Mr. Erickson, president and CEO of the Bremer Bank in Grand Forks, was appointed to the CRB in 2001 and has served four two-year terms.
