Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring will hold a news conference at 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 14, at the Youth Correctional Center (YCC) in Mandan.

Commissioner Goehring will discuss the “Local Promo” effort, part of the Farm 2 Cafeteria program for promoting locally-grown food in school lunch programs.

The YCC is located at 701 16th Ave. SW in west Mandan. Media attending the press conference should go to the YCC main administration building.

Members of the YCC administration and faculty will participate in the news conference.
