ND Department of Agriculture Press ReleasesFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE OCTOBER 2, 2009 CREDIT REVIEW BOARD SETS LENDERS FORUM IN FARGO BISMARCK – An open forum for agriculture lenders will be held during the regular meeting of the North Dakota Credit Review Board, Wednesday, Oct. 7, in Fargo. The forum begins at 8:30 a.m., in the Etude Room of the Ramada Plaza Suites & Convention Center, 1635 42nd St., Fargo. "This is an opportunity for Fargo area lenders to share their thoughts and ideas in an informal, roundtable discussion,” said Elwood “Woody” Barth, Solen, CRB chairman. “We are very interested in their assessment of current farm financial conditions and producer attitudes, as well as their own expectations for the coming year.” Following the open forum, the board will hear from Aaron Krauter, the new state director of the federal Farm Service Agency. Other agenda items include administrative reports and financial statements. Both the forum and meeting are open to the public.
