Registration Program Recall of Pet Foods Manufactured by Menu Foods, Inc. The Feed Program consists of licensing of commercial feed manufacturers and feed dealers, registration and review of pet food labels, maintaining a file of commercial feed labels for each manufacturer and reviewing new feed labels. Collection of tonnage fees for commercial feeds, inspection of commercial feed plants and medicated feed plants. Feed samples are collected to assure they meet label claims and contain no contaminants. The Fertilizer Program consists of registration and review of fertilizer, micronutrient, and soil amendment products for agricultural, lawn care and household use. These products are sampled and analyzed to assure they meet the label claims. Tonnage fees, at the rate of twenty cents per ton, are collected for these products sold in bulk or packages larger than twenty five pounds. The Livestock Medicine Program consists of the registration of veterinary
medicines, including vaccines, topical medicine, oral medicine and medical
devises.
